sometimes surviving is enough

when everything around you falls apart and nothing seems to be going right,

be proud of yourself for still standing tall

even when you feel like toppling over

you regain your balance and pick yourself back up again

you may lean on others during this time but not everyone has a strong structure of support

be your own support beam babe that’s all you need

being alive is an accomplishment too don’t think you have to measure your worth based on what you achieve or how you show up for others

in moments like these, just being you is enough

taking care of yourself and simply being here can be work within itself and sometimes that’s the only thing that can fit on your plate and i promise you that’s okay

be here, be present, and focus on what’s to come

you never know what tomorrow may bring

your circumstances have the ability to change in the blink of an eye babe trust what’s meant to find you will

once you’re ready to, start challenging your limiting beliefs that are keeping you in survival mode because ultimately all you’re doing is negotiating with the weakest version of yourself

you haven’t even met the strongest, most resilient version of yourself yet or reached your potential

lauryn hill reminds us that “every tub has to stand on its own bottom” and in that respect everyone has the opportunity to pursue their passions which is her way of expressing her gratitude for being here in this lifetime

our desires are placed within our souls and hearts intentionally and it’s up to us if we bring them into fruition

we have to take aligned action to do so, they don’t just magically appear out of misery babe

change your frequency and mindset to match what it is you desire then it will be attracted to you

become the version of you that has what you want rather than the version who is lacking it

lack attracts lack, like attracts like

so do us both a favor, i don’t care how many times it takes you, get back up again and make your dreams come true
