DEAL W/ IT, FEEL IT, OR RELEASE IT.

“it’s emotional warfare; being able to tell the people we love the most the truth about ourselves” and how we truly feel.

is it due to our deep rooted fear of rejection? or the raw vulnerability that comes with being blatantly honest even if it is with the people that are closest to us? what holds us back from living in our truths everyday unapologetically with no fear or limiting beliefs attached?

if something imbeds itself in your mind so deeply that it becomes a reoccurring thought every single day when you wake up and before you go to sleep, it’s clearly something that needs to be addressed. quit running from it babe. i promise you no matter how far you get, that thought will remain in the back of your mind; no matter your physical location or distraction you choose to use, it will be there with you. it either needs to be dealt with, felt, or released; the lesson is for you to decipher so you can heal and evolve from it.

being miserable everyday not knowing what could have come from simply handling the situation will be the thing that you end up regretting the most. pls do yourself a favor and face it head on now before you end up wasting your life comparing it to what could’ve been. you are in more control of your reality then you think. your beliefs and the words you speak create the world you see around you babe. it’s time to take some accountability and recognize the role you have been playing. get out of your own way and make ts go your way. live in your truth despite what anyone says or thinks; it’s your life. it’s all up to you, quit playing it small and take charge of what it is you want.

remember that for you, anything is possible and possibilities are endless. this internal emotional warfare ends here and now babe.
